Class Q permitted development for change of use
Class Q allows for the conversion of agricultural barns or buildings into homes. The Town and Country Planning (General Permitted Development) (England) Order 2015 refers to Class Q as permitted development, development not permitted (Q1), based on certain conditions and interpretations (Q2 an dQ3).
